The ingredients needed to cook Shami Kababs:
- Prepare 500 gms Mutton menace
- Take 75 gms Chanda daal
- Use 4 onions medium sized
- Get 1 Garlic ball
- You need 1 1/2 inch Ginger
- Take 2 cloves
- Use 1 badi elaichi
- Prepare 1 inch dalchini / cinnamon
- You need as needed Green coriander leaves

Steps to make Shami Kababs:
- Wash mience and daal nicely. Put them into cooker, put red chilli, 2 onions cut into 4. And a half a ball of garlic, ginger. Add salt accordingly. Put into cooker and put the lid. Keep on low flame for 20 minutes.
- Finely chop the remaining 2 onions, coriander leaves, mint leaves and squeeze 2 lime into the chopped onions.
- Put the boiled mience into a mixture and grind till it becomes a fine paste.
- Mix chopped onions, mint leaves, coriander leaves and chopped green chillies.
- Grind the garam masala and mix all ingredients well using your hands.
- Make kababs out of that mixture and shallow fry. Serve hot with green chutney.
