  1. Prepare 500 gms Mutton menace
  2. Take 75 gms Chanda daal
  3. Use 4 onions medium sized
  4. Get 1 Garlic ball
  5. You need 1 1/2 inch Ginger

  7. Use 1 badi elaichi
  8. Prepare 1 inch dalchini / cinnamon
  9. You need as needed Green coriander leaves

Steps to make Shami Kababs:
  1. Wash mience and daal nicely. Put them into cooker, put red chilli, 2 onions cut into 4. And a half a ball of garlic, ginger. Add salt accordingly. Put into cooker and put the lid. Keep on low flame for 20 minutes.
  2. Finely chop the remaining 2 onions, coriander leaves, mint leaves and squeeze 2 lime into the chopped onions.
  3. Put the boiled mience into a mixture and grind till it becomes a fine paste.
  4. Mix chopped onions, mint leaves, coriander leaves and chopped green chillies.
  5. Grind the garam masala and mix all ingredients well using your hands.
  6. Make kababs out of that mixture and shallow fry. Serve hot with green chutney.
