- In a pressure cooker heat ghee. Slow down the gas flame.
- Add zeera,bay leave and whole ground garam masala. Cook for 1 min. Mix nuts and coconut chunks and fry till a chage in colour.
- Put 1 cup of water. Add soaked Chana dal, turmeric and salt. Cook in low flame for 5 minutes.
- Now add Rice, grated coconut, ginger and adjust the water which should be 1inch above the Rice.
- Mix all the ingredients properly and cook for 1 whistle. When cool down mix the honey with the Rice.
