  1. For Koraishuti'r kochori: Mix salt,sugar and oil maida and mash it with your hand and then add water to make smooth dough,cover it and keep it aside.
  2. Boil the green peas in water for approximately 3 minutes.
  3. Then strain it and grind it with salt, sugar and make a paste.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and then add the kalo jeera and ginger chilli paste along with coriander and cumin powder and saute it for a while and then add the green peas paste in it.
  5. Saute it for sometime till it becomes dry and keep them aside.
  6. Make equal size balls of the dough and also make equal sized balls of green peas masala paste.
  7. Then put the green peas inside the dough ball.
