- Prepare 275 gms bread flour or all purpose flour
- Use 180 ml milk
- Provide 30 gms unsalted butter

- Preparing the coating : mix together the melted butter, cinnamon and nutmeg. Brush it over the prepared bread ring.
- Pre-heat oven at 400F. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
