- Wash palak nicely and boil it in water till the first boil.
- Strain and pour cold water to stop the cooking process and retain color.
- In a blender, add palak, garlic, ginger, green chilies and blend nicely to puree.
- In a mixing bowl take wheat flour, palak puree, all dry masalas, crush and add ajwain, now heat 1 tablespoon oil and add to atta mix nicely.
- Now add little water at a time and start making dough it should not be to soft.
- Keep aside for 10 minutes minimum.
