- Sieve all-purpose flour, chickpea flour, sooji and salt together and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl beat ghee and sugar together until mixture is light and fluffy.
- To this add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Now add dry ingredients and cardamom powder to this wet mixture and mix until soft and smooth dough is prepared.
- Take the equal size of dough balls from the dough.
- Take paan masala ingredients in a mixi jaar grind them slightly.
- Flatten each ball slightly and fill paan masala to centre.
- Make desired shape cookies.
- Place them on backing tray.
- Bake them for 15 -20 mins on 180degree Celsius.
- Take them out and let them come to room temperature.
- Store them in air tight container.
