  5. Boil sugar and water in a wok and make 1 string of sugar syrup
  6. Mix colour,cardamom powder and saffron strands in sugar syrup
  7. Heat clarified butter in a pan and pour 1 spoon of batter in it
  8. Cook from both sides until crispy
  9. Take out from pan and dip into sugar syrup
  10. Make all malpue like this and take out in another bowl.
  11. Garnish with pistachios and serve hot.
