- Take 2 large cloves of garlic
- Provide 1 1/2 cup dal
- Prepare 1 dry red chilli
- Get 1 green chilli, chopped
- Take 1 medium onion, chopped
- You need 2 tbsp corn flour/rice flour
- Provide 1/3 tsp carom seeds (ajwain), crushed
- Take 1/3 tsp amchur (dry mango) powder
- Take 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
