- In a mixture jar add coconut, coriander, salt, peanut, sesame,paste it,for a fine paste add 2 tbsp of water, we need thick paste,not a runny,keep aside
- In a mixture jar add tomato and puree it,in tomato puree add red chilli powder, salt, red food colour mix it and keep aside
- In a pressure cooker add boneless mutton add ginger, garlic, green chillies paste add 1 cup of water,1 tbsp oil and whistle it till mutton tendrize..
- When mutton is tendered,and if u can see in a mutton have some water,so cook till water became dry,when water dry, turn off the flame,keep aside
- In a mutton add our coconut paste, mix it,and give shape like cylinder ( Mutton gravy became not so much dry, so if u difficulty in make shapes.so u use bread crumbs for make it dry and make a shape to a kabab
- Dip kabab into a egg slurry (in a bowl add egg, some salt, 1 tbsp water, 1-2 tbsp of corn flour make it slurry) after fry it..
- In a tawa, add tomato puree,dry tomato water, after add our fry kabab.
- Cook 5-10 till kabab absorb tomato puree..
