- Take 1 cup soaked moong
- Prepare 2 cup soaked rice

- Grind the moong, fenugreek seeds and rice separately and make fine paste.
- Now,mix both paste and add curd,pinch of salt,venegar.Mix all well and leave it for 6hours.
- In a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds,curry leaves,red chilli powder and mix this in idli batter.Nowke idli pot and make all the idlis.
- For chutney, grind roasted peanuts, green chillies,curd and salt.Give tadka of mustard seeds,curry leaves.
